Roles and Responsibilities

  • Focusing on Sell-Out management and achieving targets by monitoring and analyzing sales performance data.
  • Tracking KPIs to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handling overall management of the regional field force (AM, promoters, etc.), ensuring diligence and execution, and being responsible for internal control.
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving targets through process optimization and goal setting.
  • Leading retail mapping activities and developing business plans for regional partners, shops, and field force headcount planning.
  • Creating summaries and providing feedback from the market.
  • Coaching the field force team, identifying and promoting high-potential team members, and building the capabilities of the regional organization.
  • Establishing strong relationships and collaborating effectively with colleagues, partners, and customers, while building useful networks of contacts both inside and outside the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the 2C electronic gadget products field, with familiarity in retail business and management.
  • Proven ability to optimize and lead large sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Agility and resilience in navigating and influencing within a Samsung matrix environment at local, regional, and global levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish relationships with local sales organizations and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and communication with the management team.
