- Ensuring exceptional customer service and promoting cross-selling across product categories.
- Analysing department performance and defining actions to meet business objectives.
- Providing commercial suggestions to the Store Manager to drive business success.
- Leading the team to exceed KPIs, fostering a results-driven work environment.
- Staying updated on market trends and sharing insights with relevant teams.
- Fostering the development of the e-commerce channel to expand the brand’s reach.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthening customer loyalty through effective clienteling.
- Inspiring and training the sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Ensuring effective communication within the team and encouraging information sharing through regular briefings.
- Overseeing product knowledge within the department and ensuring proper visual presentation and back-of-house organization.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager in premium or luxury fashion retail.
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills for both internal team coordination and customer interactions.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of managing, motivating, and developing teams to achieve sales goals and uphold service standards.
