  • Driving and maximising sales to achieve and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
  • Proposing, developing, and executing business plans to enhance the store’s profitability and market presence.
  • Fostering client-centric practices, developing strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Leading and managing store staff, encouraging teamwork and professional development to drive optimal performance.
  • Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer service, including personal client appointments and clienteling strategies.
  • Overseeing daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company procedures for cash handling, inventory, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with visual merchandising teams to create attractive displays that align with company standards and boost sales.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, identifying opportunities for partnerships, events, and local market expansion.
  • Working with event planning teams to organize and execute local events that engage clients and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Driving and integrating omni-channel strategies to create seamless shopping experiences across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, or Store Director in the luxury fashion retail sector.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management, developing strategies to engage and retain high-value clients.
