Job Description

  • Sales Strategy and Execution

    • Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share within the assigned area.
    • Identifying new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Executing promotional and marketing strategies to increase product awareness and adoption among healthcare professionals.
  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
    • Conducting regular visits to customers to educate them on product benefits, gather feedback, and address concerns.
    • Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership and Development

    • Supervising and guiding sales representatives within the area, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
    • Motivating the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of professionalism.
    • Identifying skills gaps and organising training sessions to ensure the team is knowledgeable and compliant with industry standards.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting

    • Analyzing and monitoring sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within the assigned area.
    • Providing regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
    • Using data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or any related
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a sales or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug regulations, compliance, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
