Sales Strategy and Execution
- Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share within the assigned area.
- Identifying new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Executing promotional and marketing strategies to increase product awareness and adoption among healthcare professionals.

Customer Relationship Management
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
- Conducting regular visits to customers to educate them on product benefits, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Leadership and Development
- Supervising and guiding sales representatives within the area, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Motivating the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Identifying skills gaps and organising training sessions to ensure the team is knowledgeable and compliant with industry standards.

Market Analysis and Reporting
- Analyzing and monitoring sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within the assigned area.
- Providing regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Using data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or any related
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a sales or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug regulations, compliance, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
