Our client is a leading Fintech company in Thailand.

Responsibilities:

• Implement automation for the construction, management, backup, restoration, and monitoring of databases.
• Create and assess performance metrics and evaluation methods for database systems.
• Support daily operations and management of high-level production databases.
• Monitor access and performance of database systems for users.
• Develop best practices for the operation of cloud databases.
• Optimize database performance through statistical analysis, index creation, and rebuilding.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in all operating systems including Windows and Unix.
• Extensive experience in database administration within cloud environments.
• Required experience with replication, clustering and partitioning.
• Skilled in conducting and analyzing stress tests for databases and services.
• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving database issues.
• Strong understanding of indexes, index management, statistics, data-at-rest encryption, and secure connectivity.
• Familiarity with cloud database platforms, especially AWS (e.g., MongoDB, TiDB, Oracle) is a plus.
