Qualified candidates for this role should have direct experience in Banking, Securities, or Financial Related. In addition, you should have familiarity with working and dealing with the Regional team and board Committee, especially from Listed and Enterprise companies.

Job Description

• Organizing and preparing agendas for and taking minutes in English of the Company’s committee meetings and annual general shareholders’ meetings in compliance with related laws and company rules, including job assignment and approval matters for management to review and approve
• Preparing corporate documents for company secretarial work
• Coordinating and liaising with regulators and authorities on regulatory compliance company secretarial work and general commercial matters
• Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
• Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders
• Providing proper and timely disclosure of the company information in compliance with the notifications and regulations of the SEC and SET
• Being responsible for corporate disclosure and compliance with corporate laws, SEC and SET (Form 56-1) and annual reports.
• Maintaining standards of Corporate Governance (CG), the register of shareholders, and relevant documents
• Handling and supporting ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality, 25 – 45, Male or Female.
• Bachelor or higher degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration,  or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position with a listed company in Thailand.
• Understand in concerned rules and regulations and have basic knowledge of Public Company Limited and SEC laws and regulations relating to listed companies.
• Details-oriented and analytical thinking person.
• Excellent command of English in writing and speaking (TOEIC 800 at the minimum) and good computer literacy.
