Responsibilities:
- Analyzing current user operations and collecting necessary data or reports from both users and management.
- Conducting cost assessments for various job functions and recommending cost-saving solutions.
- Suggesting new or enhanced testing procedures, operational processes, data support methods, reports, or system functionalities.
- Investigating system-related issues or concerns, then providing solutions and preventive measures.
- Gathering and fully comprehending project requirements from users and management.
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to discuss conditions, key concerns, and development approaches.
- Preparing data, reports, and presentations to support management decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2-3 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate planning, or related roles within banking, financial institutions, leasing companies, or similar industries.
- Background or involvement in system development, system testing, or business analysis.
- Proactive, energetic, and results-driven mindset.
- Strong English communication skills.
