Job Description

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and coordinating new hire onboarding.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate qualifications.
  • Facilitating onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues related to workplace concerns, and fostering positive employee relations.
  • Conducting investigations, mediate conflicts, and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Promoting an inclusive work environment by supporting diversity and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks.
  • Acting as a liaison between employees and benefits providers, addressing questions and facilitating issue resolution.
  • Providing compensation benchmarking and ensuring pay practices comply with organizational policies.
  • Managing HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and maintaining accurate employee data.
  • Generating reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and diversity metrics, to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an HR role, ideally as a Generalist.
  • Good English communication.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
