We are seeking an HRBP to drive policy setup for our client in a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with expertise in Organizational Development (OD) and policy creation to support their growth. With over 10 years in HR, you’ll lead OD strategies, shape HR policies, and partner closely with leadership to foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizational Development: Leading OD initiatives to support business growth and employee engagement, driving change management and leadership development.
  • Policy Setup: Developing and implementing HR policies that align with legal standards and organizational goals; ensuring policies are well-communicated and regularly updated.
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Advising leaders on HR strategies, talent planning, and organizational needs to support business objectives.
  • Employee Relations & Performance: Guiding managers on employee relations and overseeing performance management, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Using HR metrics to evaluate and improve HR policies and OD programs.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in HR, specializing in OD and policy management.
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws, with experience in change management.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
