Job Description

Our client is one of the leading surgery clinics and hospitals in Thailand.

They are expanding their business and looking for a HR Manager to be a part of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensations & benefits, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitoring and assessing employee engagement and satisfaction, and developing strategies to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Leading and supporting HR initiatives and projects in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborating with department heads to identify training and development needs and facilitate learning opportunities for employees at all levels.
  • Leading diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace where all employees feel valued and supported.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in both HRM and HRD functions.
  • Has experience at the management level with team management experience.
  • Has experience in the hospital/clinic industry or other related industries.
  • Intermediate command of English skills.
  • Active, confident, and good at communication.
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.30.
