Our client is one of the leading surgery clinics and hospitals in Thailand.
They are expanding their business and looking for a HR Manager to be a part of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensations & benefits, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
- Conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitoring and assessing employee engagement and satisfaction, and developing strategies to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Leading and supporting HR initiatives and projects in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Collaborating with department heads to identify training and development needs and facilitate learning opportunities for employees at all levels.
- Leading diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace where all employees feel valued and supported.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of experience in both HRM and HRD functions.
- Has experience at the management level with team management experience.
- Has experience in the hospital/clinic industry or other related industries.
- Intermediate command of English skills.
- Active, confident, and good at communication.
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.30.
