Our client is leading Thermal Engineering Specialist. They are currently looking for a Sales Engineer (Plate Heat Exchanger) to join their team.
Job Description
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales service.
- Achieving monthly sales targets as forecasted and assigned.
- Being responsible for taking customers’ queries, offering advice/support on the products and services, and providing solutions.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing/new potential customers.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Visiting customers to perform product, service/solution presentations.
- Supervising and managing service staff, ensuring that quality and service standards are met, and following all client service processes and compliance.
- Developing procedures and documents to encourage working effectively, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
- Working 5 days / Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00 hrs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Petrochemical or Mechanical Engineering is preferable).
- Experience: At least 3 years in the sales engineer field.
- Confident in speaking and writing English.
- Ability to work with a team, punctual and loyal.
- Owns a car & has a driver's license.
