Our client is a well known Clinic. Now, they are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Director to lead their sales efforts in the clinic sector, targeting healthcare providers, clinics, and related institutions. The Sales Director will develop and implement sales strategies, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and drive business growth within the clinic market. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in healthcare or clinic services, along with a proven ability to lead and influence in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets within the clinic sector.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
- Define short and long-term objectives for market penetration and revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear performance goals and expectations.
- Mentor and coach the sales team to achieve their targets, emphasizing relationship-building and solution selling.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and support to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in clinics, healthcare providers, and allied organizations.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach and solidify the company’s presence in the clinic sector.
- Oversee high-value accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction to maximize client retention.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies, optimize resources, and ensure achievement of goals.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment on sales goals and initiatives.
- Drive new business development initiatives, including identifying new products or services that align with clinic sector needs.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and establish new business relationships.
- Keep abreast of industry regulations, technology advancements, and competitive trends to proactively address market challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- At least 8 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the healthcare or clinic sector, with a strong network of industry contacts.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close large-scale deals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical abilities to interpret sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
