Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the brand’s growth and positioning in Thailand’s dynamic fashion market. This role is ideal for a fashion-forward professional with expertise in brand strategy, marketing, and consumer engagement. The Brand Manager will oversee all branding initiatives, from campaign development to in-store experience, ensuring a consistent and appealing brand image that resonates with our target audience and drives market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Developing and executing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer loyalty, and increase market share in Thailand.
  • Campaign Management: Planning and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions, to maximize brand exposure and achieve sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting market research to understand customer demographics, fashion trends, and competitor activities. Leveraging insights to adjust brand strategies and offerings.
  • Product Launches: Leading product launch strategies, working closely with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure the successful rollout and promotion of new collections.
  • Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandising, and design, to align brand objectives and ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Budget Management: Overseeing the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Customer Engagement: Developing and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention through events, digital engagement, and personalized shopping experiences.
  • Brand Positioning: Ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels, from advertising and social media to in-store displays.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the fashion or retail sector.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies.
    • Creative mindset with an eye for fashion and design trends.
    • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Languages: Fluent in Thai; proficiency in English.
