Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives for the product line.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Defining and communicating the unique value proposition of products.
  • Creating compelling marketing messages and content that resonate with target audiences.
  • Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Utilizing digital channels to engage healthcare professionals, patients, and key stakeholders.
  • Identifying and building relationships with key opinion leaders in neurology and psychiatry.
  • Collaborating with KOLs to gather insight, and testimonials, and support educational initiatives.
  • Planning and coordinating participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and events.
  • Driving pre-event and post-event marketing activities to maximize impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Pharmacist, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • 3 years of experience in medical device marketing, with a focus on Neurology, Psychiatry or Rehabilitation Doctor. 
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the medical device industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
