Job description
- Ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels for B2C and B2B strategies.
- Implementing digital marketing, social media, and SEO strategies to increase bookings and traffic for F&B outlets.
- Developing and launching F&B promotions, PR, and marketing campaigns to boost awareness and revenue.
- Analyzing restaurant data to improve utilization and revenue performance.
- Building strong relationships with local and international media; managing media events and content.
- Training teams on reservation systems and technology adoption to enhance service.
- Planning partnerships and collaborations to promote F&B outlets and drive non-resident covers.
- Overseeing all printed, digital, and visual content, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years experience in Marketing Communications or related field.
- Fluent in English and Thai with strong written and verbal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance at all times.
