The role is as part of the seller marketing team. He or she will play an important role in creating engaging content for sellers and controlling the team budget.

Job Description

  • Establishing a systematic tracking and responsible for PR/PO/invoice processing. Maintaining and reviewing all the purchase-related information and documents from various projects.
  • Preparing Purchase Orders (PO) based on approved requisitions and selected suppliers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that budget and spending are allocated appropriately and efficiently. As well as tracking, maintaining records, and creating reports for various programs if required.
  • Creating content and planned content calendar for social media of the company's happy selling including always-on content as well as worked with Graphic Designers to deliver creative assets accordingly.
  • Supporting in overseeing different initiatives or assigned projects, monitoring progress and completion, and ensuring smooth implementation of the projects.
  • Ensuring completion of administrative tasks such as project operations support, communication support, and report tracking if required.
  • Preparing the monthly social media performance report.
  • Managing inventory and storage for the seller marketing team.
  • Staying up-to-date with the company's updates and latest trends on social media.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in the following fields: Business, Marketing, Finance, or other related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in budget controlling and/or social media content is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn, detail-oriented, Creativity, highly responsible, self-driven, and work well with a team.
  • Fluent in Thai, Good command of English would be a plus.
