We're seeking an IT Project Manager to become a valuable part of our client team! Your role will involve representing the customer and transforming their requirements into innovative and successful technological products. You'll be responsible for the entire product journey, from conception and strategic planning to launch and beyond.

Job Description

• Researching the market and identifying customer needs and challenges.
• Analyzing competitor products and market trends to pinpoint opportunities for differentiation.
• Establishing the product's vision, roadmap, and user stories.
• Working closely with diverse teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to materialize products.
• Creating product requirement documents (PRDs) and user experience (UX) specifications.
• Overseeing product launches and devising go-to-market strategies.
• Monitoring product performance metrics and refinement based on user data and input.
• Keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in product management.

Requirements 

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4 years of experience in product management, particularly in technology products (or a solid grasp of the tech sector).
• Demonstrated success in launching and expanding technological products.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple deadlines, and performing well under pressure.
• Familiarity with user research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing).
• Proficient in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
• Coding experience is preferred.
