Job Description

Our client is a Japanese industrial manufacturer (PUMP/Coating/Air Compressor/Fluid), now they're looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join their team who has experience leading teams and supporting dealers/distributors.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Sales Executive team and reporting to Japanese boss.
• Managing Dealers/Distributors both domestic and foreign (South Asia).
• Forecasting and planning visits and sales team targets (both domestic and international distributors).
• Finding new opportunities to increase selling growth.
• Supporting client in any concern.
• Coordinating with the Manufacturing team and Engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related.
• Good command in English.
• Has at least 4 years of experience as Sales in related roll.
• Managing people skills and experience is a plus.
• Owns a car.
• Able to be travelling both domestic and overseas.
