Job Description
- Managing key retail accounts such as 7-Eleven, Lotus’s, Watsons, Big C, and others across Thailand.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers in major modern trade outlets, ensuring effective collaboration and business growth.
- Leading negotiations for product listings, promotional activities, and trade terms agreements to drive revenue and ensure brand visibility.
- Monitoring and analysing sales data and market trends to identify business opportunities and align key account plans with the overall brand strategy and company objectives.
- Driving the achievement of sales targets, improving gross margins, and expanding the company's market share within the personal care category.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in key account management in the FMCG industry.
- Strong connection in retail or modern trade channels.
- Strong knowledge of the modern trade channel and retail landscape.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large retail accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A good command of spoken and written English is a must.
- Have an open mindset and be ready to explore new things.
