The company is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Key Account Manager focusing on modern trade channels to join the team with a start-up and an open mindset.

Job Description

  • Managing key retail accounts such as 7-Eleven, Lotus’s, Watsons, Big C, and others across Thailand.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers in major modern trade outlets, ensuring effective collaboration and business growth.
  • Leading negotiations for product listings, promotional activities, and trade terms agreements to drive revenue and ensure brand visibility.
  • Monitoring and analysing sales data and market trends to identify business opportunities and align key account plans with the overall brand strategy and company objectives.
  • Driving the achievement of sales targets, improving gross margins, and expanding the company's market share within the personal care category.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in key account management in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong connection in retail or modern trade channels.
  • Strong knowledge of the modern trade channel and retail landscape.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large retail accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A good command of spoken and written English is a must.
  • Have an open mindset and be ready to explore new things.
