Our client is an equipment manufacturer for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Efficiently handling emergency orders.
- Driving revenue growth through telemarketing efforts.
- Managing export orders for Asia and New Zealand.
- Offering technical support services.
- Performing data entry tasks, including cross-referencing competitors' catalogues.
- Fulfilling other responsibilities as the Marketing Manager and Sales & Marketing Director are assigned.
- Adhering to the company's Environment Health & Safety policies, procedures, and processes, including the use of issued protective clothing.
- Actively promoting and adhering to the company's Environmental Health & Safety Policies, Procedures, and Processes, as well as the use of issued protective equipment (PPE).
- Fulfilling duty of care and due diligence responsibilities as required by state legislation.
- Undertaking any additional responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications
- Having completed matriculation would be advantageous.
- Prior experience as a parts interpreter or any automotive background would be beneficial.
- Good command of English
- Demonstrates mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient in interpreting catalogues.
- Previous experience in call centres or telemarketing is highly desirable.
