Position Requirements
- Providing a high level of support to Services Sales for all activities requirements.
- Handling Administration work in the company's system.
- Updating, maintaining and following up on Order, Delivery and Invoicing.
- Providing reports as required.
- Following up on the Logistics schedules.
- Undertaking other duties as required.
Qualifications Professional Skills & Experience
- At least 1 - 3 years experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent computer skills, strong Excel.
- Very strong administration background.
- Detail oriented.
- Having experience in logistics.
- Ability to manage change.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Prefer to have SAP knowledge flow in purchasing, project and sale order process.
