Our client is a high-growth start-up cosmetic company in Thailand with a wide range of make-up and beauty products distributed throughout the country, both Retailers, CVS and Distributors. We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of HR Manager to join the fast-growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Controlling and ensuring accuracy of data entry of Inventory and other purchases from suppliers invoices.
• Following up on invoices and original tax invoices/receipts with vendors.
• Closing inventory and CoGS of each invoice/receipting the correctness of receipt/tax invoice.
• Reconciled SoA from suppliers against tax invoices recorded in POS.
• Performing inventory cycle count.
• Generating and reconciling Inventory reports.
• Reconciling VAT report against supporting tax invoice.
• Supporting finance team and filing payment vouchers, Journal vouchers, and other documents.
• Maintaining fixed asset document, Download NCG order.
• Handling other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• 30-40 years old, Thai only.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a must.
• At least 3 years of experience in AP and inventory from the Restaurant industry is a must.
• Strong knowledge and experience in POS & SAP programs.
• Ability to work independently, with high responsibility and programs.
• Good in Englworkmindependentlynd familiar to direct reports with a foreigner.
• Able to travel from Ekkamai soi 22 to Central World.
• Working 5 days/week at Ekkamai soi 22.
