Our client is a high-growth start-up cosmetic company in Thailand with a wide range of make-up and beauty products distributed throughout the country, both Retailers, CVS and Distributors. We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of HR Manager to join the fast-growing team.

Job Description

  • Taking roles as HR Business Partner to initiate, develop and implement HR strategies and policies for the company.
  • Covering recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding process, organizational structure & compensation, and coaching Supervisors and Managers to motivate and lead their teams.
  • Helping to create a good company culture in the organization and driving on employee engagement and a positive vibe within the organization.
  • Working with management in their business area to make sure employees have the skills and resources they need to achieve their objectives
  • Developing plans for recruitment, training, restructuring and succession and helping relevant staff implement them.
  • Analyzing human resource metrics and comparing results to key performance indicators
  • Partner with the CEO to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
  • Collaborating with all parties to accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver the highest business results.
  • Cooperating with the shared service company/outsourcing/vendors in overall HR issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration and related.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in talent acquisition and HRM or HRD functions.
  • Experience from a startup company or cosmetic trading business is a huge plus.
  • Mature personality, excellent people management skills with a growth mindset and positive attitude.
  • Hands-on, have good communication, and negotiation skills. Consultative with practical solution providers.
