Job Description
- Supporting the Management Board in day-to-day operations and all administrative matters.
- Ensuring independent organization of the secretariat and scheduling of appointments for the members of the management.
- Making project management and support.
- Preparing templates and presentations in English.
- Planning and making follow-up of business trips.
- Doing reception tasks.
- Doing organization, preparation and follow-up of meetings, visits and other events.
- Ordering stationery and marketing equipment.
- On-boarding of new employees in the office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Secretary, Hotel Management, Arts, Humanities, Economics, Law, Social Science, Business Administration or related fields.
- Having a Minimum of 3 years experience in the secretary function would be an advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of Office programs, especially PowerPoint.
- Excellent English skills (TOEIC Score 700+).
- Able to work independently.
