- Being responsible for new staff hiring documents.
- Collecting all hiring documents and verifying documents.
- Ensuring key data entry to the company system.
- Preparing training documents on the first orientation date.
- Coordinating with line managers in other departments for the hiring process.
- Supporting internal hiring process.
- Making another assignment.
Qualifications
- 0-1 Year Experience in HR, Document Controller, Admin, and Support roles.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Good English communication and Chinese skills.
- Good personality and attitude.
- Details Oriented.
