They are now looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join them in the Sales Manager (Packaging Solutions) position.

Job Description

  • Generating sales and developing future business with existing and new customers, including end users and contractors.
  • Creating and executing customized account plans for assigned market territory to ensure maximum revenue and budgeted targets are achieved.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and challenges to effectively position our products/services.
  • Managing, coaching, and mentoring and sales team to optimize performance, foster professional growth, and develop sales skills.
  • Providing technical expertise to clients, assisting in the development and customized solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
  • Maintaining thorough and complete product knowledge and in-depth understanding of Advantages/Benefits.
  • Providing regular sales reports to the Management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Working 5 days per week (Mon – Fri), Working Hours: 8.00-17.00.

Qualifications

  • 35-48 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field. 
  • Knowledge of packaging, coding, machine business or relevant industry is advantageous and preferable.  
  • Proven track record of sales achievements.
  • Minimum 8 years in Sales/Business Development. 
  • Confident in English skills.
  • Strong in Sales and presentation skills, performance-oriented and resourceful.   
  • Owns a car and has a car driving license.
