Job Description

The Talent Development Manager will drive and oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee development within our clients operations. This role requires a strategic approach to enhancing the HR function, with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining skilled professionals while fostering a collaborative, engaging company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead the recruitment and attraction strategies to secure top talent, ensuring a streamlined hiring process to meet current and future business needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent requirements, design effective sourcing strategies, and manage the recruitment pipeline for technical and professional roles.
  • Employee Development & Training: Design, implement, and evaluate development programs and training initiatives that support employee growth, enhance job skills, and promote career progression. Drive performance management, talent management, and succession planning efforts across the organization.
  • Culture Building & Employee Engagement: Develop policies that reinforce company culture and employee engagement, promoting a positive work environment. Implement strategies to strengthen team collaboration and alignment with company goals.
  • Strategic HR Partnering: Work closely with senior leadership and team leads to understand business goals and support workforce development aligned with organizational objectives. Partner on key projects such as Knowledge Management, culture building, and developmental programs.
  • Leadership & Staff Development: Mentor and manage HR team members, fostering a professional, supportive environment that encourages personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any relevant field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition, recruitment, and people development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building HR strategies and showcasing leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and advanced computer skills.
