Main Responsibilities

  • Providing customer support for tools and parts after-sales to ensure smooth delivery and excellent customer experience/satisfaction. 
  • Preparing documentation for air or sea export.
  • Communicating shipping information to customers. 
  • Assisting customers in tracking shipments. 
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 
  • Coordinating with sales operations, after-sales services, customers, warehouses, and logistics departments to organize deliveries. 
  • Contact and coordinate with various departments in the company.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 2-5 years experience in customer service, purchasing or a related field.
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and SAP. 
  • Possess good skills in communication, coordination, and negotiation.  
  • Service-minded with a positive attitude.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Have good English language skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
