Job Responsibilities

•  Developing and implementing a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities, value-added initiatives, and process improvements across the procurement lifecycle.
• Staying informed about market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in procurement practices.
• Identifying and evaluating potential vendors, suppliers, and partners.
• Negotiating favourable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal value.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and on-time delivery of goods and services.
• Designing, implementing, and managing efficient end-to-end procurement processes, including requisition, approval, sourcing, purchasing, and payment.
• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Streamlining workflows and leveraging technology to automate manual processes wherever possible.
• Providing effective leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the procurement team.
• Setting clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
• Fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages continuous improvement.
• Leading contract negotiations and reviewing contractual terms to minimize risk and maximize benefits.
• Collaborating with legal and relevant departments to ensure contracts are well-drafted and legally sound.
• Monitoring contract compliance and performance, taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Developing and managing the procurement budget, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Implementing cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality and service levels.
• Analyzing spending patterns and identifying areas for cost reduction and optimization.
• Generating regular reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess procurement performance.
  

Qualifications

• 30-40 years old, Thai Nationality.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in purchasing and procurement from Trading, Advertising or related industries is a must.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles, strategic sourcing, contract management, and vendor relations.
• Quick learner, Good communication skills and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to procurement.
• Able to communicate in Chinese with HSK 5 or HSK 6.
  
• Able to work 5 days/week near BTS Saint Louise.
