Our client is a leading hospital in Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Managing and controlling the operations of the engineering department following the company's policies and goals.
• Planning and controlling the implementation of maintenance plans for machinery and equipment in general work areas to ensure efficiency.
• Checking the readiness of building systems, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, healthcare facilities, and equipment to ensure service readiness according to specified standards and efficient operation.
• Controlling the inspection, maintenance, and repair of medical tools and equipment.
• Controlling the recording and evaluation of maintenance inspections.
• Controlling the architectural design work to ensure compliance with the specified plans.
• Managing medical equipment to support all departments in the hospital.
• Developing maintenance plans and conducting equipment calibration, monitoring the progress of work to achieve the planned objectives.
• Inspecting and resolving issues that arise with various systems and equipment within the organization to ensure efficient and reliable operation with cost-effectiveness.
• Supervising the continuous development and maintenance of maintenance operations regularly.
• Monitoring and controlling the situation when disruptions occur in various systems within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in buildings, hotels, and hospitals.
• Good command of English, both writing and speaking.
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
