Our client is a global food product development company.

Engineering Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, sourcing, and testing tools, machinery, and equipment for manufacturing improvements.
  • Creating drawings or layouts tailored to user requirements.
  • Providing expert advice in areas related to engineering work, including electrical, mechanical, and machinery.
  • Conducting research, design, and development of manufacturing processes, including production flow, assembly methods, and equipment, with a focus on sustainability, safety, and employee wellbeing.
  • Designing factories that meet global standards using lean manufacturing principles.
• Driving process improvements, resolving technical issues and managing engineering projects.

Project Engineering Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Global Engineering teams for project management:
  • Presenting technical recommendations and opinions.
  • Preparing information related to contractors.
  • Facilitating EA approvals.
  • Managing the Capex process and overseeing project outcomes for the plant team.
• Coordinating the preparation and delivery of project deliverables, design documents, and bid packages.
• Planning and implementing engineering projects, defining project scope, activities, equipment specifications, contractor requirements, as well as plant and customer needs.
• Reviewing product designs to ensure compliance with engineering principles, sustainability practices, ergonomics, company standards, customer contract requirements, and specifications.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in engineering project management and execution.
• Proven background in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the Food & Pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent in English and Thai.
