Our client provides global supply chain solutions for medical packaging.

Responsibilities

• Performing equipment and new product qualifications.
• Managing the maintenance of production equipment.
• Documenting new processes and work instructions.
• Planning and managing work processes to ensure compliance with procedures or predefined requirements, including ISO or other regulatory standards for cleanroom operations.
• Filing and controlling engineering specifications and customer documents.
• Creating and managing new customer accounts.
• Creating and managing new vendor accounts.
• Handling contract management.
• Supervising and leading the Operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the property and facilities.
• Overseeing building facilities, including asset enhancement, supervision of contractors, client liaison, and facility operations.
• Addressing feedback and service requests from clients and coordinating with contractors on all maintenance matters.
• Compiling, collating, and analysing operational data and reports for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or university degree or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and management.
• Project management experience.
• Proficient in Visio, MS applications, and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of ISO procedures and the development of quality procedures and work instructions.
