- Managing the after-sales service team.
- Overseeing planning, repair, and installation of medical equipment within your responsibility.
- Managing planning, repair, and installation of machinery and products under your responsibility.
- Providing guidance and demonstrating the use of medical devices and various machinery.
- Organizing training and providing knowledge on various technical services to the team.
- Ensuring team management aligns with company policies.
- Coordinating and communicating with international partners.
Qualifications
- 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in team management.
- Having experience in medical devices is a plus.
- Willing to travel to other provinces.
- Good understanding of the English language.
- Proficient in basic computer programs.
