Job accountability: 

• Assist in the identification, evaluation and implementation of packaging innovation and optimization to achieve performance, functionality and design requirements.
• Support technical analysis, evaluation, recommendation and implementation of packaging materials designs and configurations.
• Provide innovative, timely and cost-effective improvements, concepts, developments for new or existing packaging and material handling systems.
• Work with manufacturing facility to support packaging performance including documentation, communication, analysis, trouble-shooting and follow up.

Qualifications:

• 30-40 years old. 
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Packaging Technology, Food Packaging, Food Science or any related field.
• At least 2-3 years experience in R&D packaging.
• Knowledge of packaging development, packaging materials and technology in a food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Positive and self-driven, a hunger to learn and ability to work independently.
• Good English communication skills.
• AutoCAD skills are a plus.
• Able to relocate or travel to Samutsakorn.
• Able to work on Saturdays.
