Our client is a leading insurance broker specializing in delivering comprehensive insurance solutions. They offer a full range of life and non-life insurance products, tailored to meet diverse client needs.
Responsibilities
- Meeting individual sales targets for life insurance by identifying potential clients through online research, internal databases and cold calling.
- Engaging with prospects by visiting, fostering relationships, and collecting necessary details for quotations.
- Expanding the non-life customer base through cross-selling and collaborating with insurers to negotiate policy terms.
- Presenting and explaining proposals to clients during the bidding process and following up for feedback.
- Working closely with the renewal team to ensure seamless account transitions and support major cases to maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in sales.
- Experienced in working in the insurance broker, group life insurance or group health insurance.
- Have computer skills including Excel (Pivot Table), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Have negotiation, bargaining, and presentation skills.
- Good characteristics, serviced mind, good attitude.
- Good command of English.
