Job Description

  • Working under the supervision of the manager to deliver the sales target and other business goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Working with manager to consistently build strong customer demand and preference for company products and services including engaging Key Opinion Leaders in respective accounts.
  • Generating demand for company products and initiating sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, conducting sales presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals and sales closure.
  • Driving advocacy for company products by ensuring up-to-date knowledge of both product and clinical evidence to hospital customers, and by providing the necessary clinical support in the respective accounts.
  • Proactively keeping up to date on product knowledge and market trends by participating in educational opportunities offered by the company or other appropriate channels.
  • Being accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high-quality service.
  • Being responsible for keeping commitments promptly and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitoring and reports to the manager any marketing information and competitor sales and product strategies.
  • Participating in all trade shows, conferences and other projects as determined by the manager.
  • Conducting all business activities according to applicable rules and regulations and observing all company policies and procedures to ensure meeting ethical standards and compliance obligations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of medical science or nursing or clinical medicine-related disciplines, working in the medical device business.
  • 2 to 4 years of sales experience in Advanced Wound Care or Orthopedic Trauma or Negative Pressure Wound Therapy is preferred.
  • Good data analysis skills, strong interpersonal communication and clinical selling approach.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated; willing to learn and to take responsibility, mature.
  • Able to work under time pressure and work independently.
  • Good at presentation and facilitation.
  • Team-spirited and good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in relevant Microsoft Office applications.
  • Work location: Bangkok, Thailand.
