Senior Recruitment Consultant  will be provided with full training regarding all aspects of PRTR’s recruitment business with the role being divided into the following key areas of responsibilities: 

•  Proactively identifying new business opportunities and clients.
• Meeting sales and recruitment targets through a proactive approach
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
• Assessing candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
• Providing interview coaching and resume feedback to candidates.
• Managing candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
• Following up with placed candidates to ensure a smooth transition into new roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above. 
• Experience as a Sales in B2B Business or Recruitment role are preferable. 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficient in using recruitment management software. 
• Able to communicate in English. 
• An outgoing personality and cheerful character.
• Well-organized and customer-oriented.
