Key Responsibilities

  • Providing analysis on category/channel/shoppers/competitor insights from both internal and external data and leveraging it to develop proactively actions to drive business and channel objectives.
  • Developing channel strategy and channel activity plans regarding the 4Ps by channel and leading the overall category, channel, and shopper agenda for the products to grow the categories and achieve business objectives.
  • Developing perfect store, implementing channel execution plans and ensuring the effectiveness to achieve sales, offtake and marketing campaign objectives.
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of pricing/promotion by leading promotion evaluation and providing pricing/promotion guidelines by GT channel and ensuring the implementation in the market.
  • Ensuring implementation of premium, in-store promotion, visibility, and perfect execution by communicating with the sales team, monitoring, and evaluating the activities for future improvement and opportunities.
  • Leading category and business review/ joint business plan and creating category growth strategy and action plans with key customers.
  • Planning and monitoring trade investment in terms of promotion spending, premium, and POS material.
  • Supporting Marketing team to develop business case and P&L in terms of volume projection, price guideline and trade & promotion spending.
  • Developing new product launch plan, trade story, and deployment plan to ensure an impactful launch in-store, as well as support post-launch evaluation.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry in trade marketing/ channel marketing areas.
  • Experienced in performing related roles within trade marketing functions with a proven record.
  • Strong data analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and balance multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work and communicate effectively with sales, marketing, finance, procurement, and other key functional areas.
  • Strong skills in English communication (both speaking and writing) are a mandated requirement.
