Job Description

  • Being responsible for leading P&L for specific brands in Thailand.
  • Developing a disruptive & profitable marketing strategy, to achieve high revenues and maximize profits.
  • Developing the right marketing communication through various platforms like TV, Social Media, Digital media, E-commerce, PR, in-store displays, and Promotional activities.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns and ensuring other departments implement initiatives.
  • Planning and implementing regular promotional campaigns, & trial generation activities.
  • Working closely with advertisement agencies and global R&D department, for NPD.
  • Managing Social Commerce & new growth initiatives (channels & products)
  • Representing Thailand marketing team, in global conferences and meetings, every quarter.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in Marketing is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience managing brands in FMCG companies.
  • Has experience in building brands and managing marketing budgets.
  • Passionate about beauty, skincare and personal care products.
  • Strategic Thinking & Hands-on attitude
  • Good command of English. Spoken and Written.
  • Positive attitude & Achievement Oriented.
  • Passion to grow business exponentially.
  • Effective in execution and getting work done.
