Job Description
- Being responsible for leading P&L for specific brands in Thailand.
- Developing a disruptive & profitable marketing strategy, to achieve high revenues and maximize profits.
- Developing the right marketing communication through various platforms like TV, Social Media, Digital media, E-commerce, PR, in-store displays, and Promotional activities.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and ensuring other departments implement initiatives.
- Planning and implementing regular promotional campaigns, & trial generation activities.
- Working closely with advertisement agencies and global R&D department, for NPD.
- Managing Social Commerce & new growth initiatives (channels & products)
- Representing Thailand marketing team, in global conferences and meetings, every quarter.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's in Marketing is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience managing brands in FMCG companies.
- Has experience in building brands and managing marketing budgets.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare and personal care products.
- Strategic Thinking & Hands-on attitude
- Good command of English. Spoken and Written.
- Positive attitude & Achievement Oriented.
- Passion to grow business exponentially.
- Effective in execution and getting work done.
