Job Description
- Executing marketing campaigns and driving results according to the industry plan.
- Collaborating closely with other industry group members to refine marketing plans, strategies, and execution tactics. Monitoring performance and updating plans as needed.
- Aligning with local business organizations, including sales and product/business development teams, to maximize business impact from marketing activities and participating in special projects.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong planning, analytical, execution, and communication skills. Prior experience in a B2B software marketing, business development, or sales role would be an added advantage.
- Experience in outbound marketing demand generation strategy and execution across varied tactics like email, social, phone, direct mail, and virtual/physical/hybrid events. Familiarity with marketing nurture tactics.
- Running account-based marketing (ABM) and other customer-focused marketing tactics.
- Working with external vendors to maximize reach and impact. Managing the assigned budget, purchase orders, and invoicing process for local marketing activities. Budget and forecast management.
- Managing large projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of B2B marketing concepts like target market, buyer personas, buying group, and demand/revenue waterfall.
- Readily adapting to changing market and organizational requirements.
- Highly collaborative and goal/results-oriented. Fluent in English and highly effective at presenting across a wide range of functional and organizational roles.
Education and Experience
- Undergraduate degree.
- Proven marketing experience in the B2B software industry, with specific domain experience preferred.
