Our client is a leading global manufacturer of consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the storage bag production line, including scheduling, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
• Implementing and enforcing quality control procedures to ensure all storage bags meet specifications.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Managing production staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Monitoring production output and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyzing production data to identify trends and potential problems.
• Working with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure equipment uptime and functionality.
• Maintaining accurate production records and reports.
• Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Staying up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies related to milk storage bag production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the plastics bag industry.
• Strong understanding of plastic film manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
