Job Description

Our client is a mould and plastic parts goods manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Exploring the market for potential new customers.
• Collaborating with the internal team to secure requests and generate quotations.
• Working alongside the internal team to compile and finalize quotations.
• Presenting quotations to customers and gathering their feedback.
• Engaging in negotiations with customers.
• Generating weekly activity reports and analysing sales data.
• Advocating for and assisting customers within the organization to address urgent issues and resolve problems.
• Gathering customer feedback and ratings, then devise improvement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• At least 5-10 years of proven experience as a sales assistant or representative.
• Proficient in English with familiarity with contemporary computerized purchasing systems.
• Working on Mon-Fri (07:45-5:30 PM).
• Owns a car and a driver’s license.
