Our client is a mould and plastic parts goods manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Exploring the market for potential new customers.
- Collaborating with the internal team to secure requests and generate quotations.
- Working alongside the internal team to compile and finalize quotations.
- Presenting quotations to customers and gathering their feedback.
- Engaging in negotiations with customers.
- Generating weekly activity reports and analysing sales data.
- Advocating for and assisting customers within the organization to address urgent issues and resolve problems.
- Gathering customer feedback and ratings, then devise improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- At least 5-10 years of proven experience as a sales assistant or representative.
- Proficient in English with familiarity with contemporary computerized purchasing systems.
- Working on Mon-Fri (07:45-5:30 PM).
- Owns a car and a driver’s license.
