- Leading and managed partner to scale up Huawei business.
- Managing the assigned account actively contributes to the development of core business strategies which drive business and profit growth, increasing sales capability.
- Being responsible for selling in/Sell through/Sell out of Huawei products to reach the assigned target.
- Analyzing and identifying market opportunity for all scenario products (Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Monitor, router, ETC.).
- Developing and reviewing sales proposals with partners.
- Initiating sales program and Joint marketing campaign to increase sales revenue and brand visibility.
- Driving market share following the target; defining & maintaining the strategic direction of the business plan to drive business contribution by developing and executing the business plan.
- Monitoring sales performance versus targets, evaluating the impact of strategic and tactic initiatives, and taking corrective action as needed, to ensure achievement of business goals.
- Expanding Huawei sell coverage, display, and visibility of Huawei.
- Managing Store clustering, assortment review, stock availability by store, and promotion execution.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management / direct supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
