Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that L&D systems and processes are effectively implemented and maintained at all times to meet business goals.
  • Conducting internal research regarding development needs to work effectively with related parties such as Factory Managers, Functional Leaders in designing and delivering learning and development activities to meet the objectives of the programme.
  • Ensuring that the Skills Based Pay Systems is up to date and accurate with the Payroll Systems by maintaining and updating the systems.
  • Ensuring that all new employees have been inducted effectively in the required areas such as R&R, C&B, COC, H&S and Quality.
  • Coordinating with Internal & External Trainers/Subject Matter Experts to deliver training and development activities, also ensuring that the standard processes related to the Department of Labour Development are completed on time, every time.
  • Completing the “what I have learnt” process for all key learning programmes delivered and sharing knowledge contents/materials on the intranet.
  • Ensuring Annual Performance and Development Reviews are completed effectively.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's Degree or higher level in Human Resources Management/Development or any related field is welcome.
  • 30-35 years old.
  • 5 years experience in a learning and development function and the ability to set and manage L&D performance objectives.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate with all levels within the organization, able to understand and follow complex processes and have a strong service mind.
  • Possess strong facilitation and presentation skills whilst being able to understand our client’s needs and develop both learning systems and HRD programmes accordingly.
  • Good in both written and spoken business English and computer literacy in MS Office.
  • Good relationship skills.
  • Ability to handle activities in the company.
