Job Description:
- Managing entire HRD, HRM, and General Affairs activities.
- Handling recruitment and training.
- Managing attendance, payroll, SSO, L&A, disciplinary actions, and resignation processes.
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar HRM and HRD role.
- Experience in the food or related industry.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
