Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives, aiming to scale profitability from 150K to 1.5M.
- Work closely with the CEO, Sales Director, and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with the company’s overall expansion strategy.
- Lead and manage the marketing department, overseeing teams specializing in Branding, Performance Marketing, Content Development, and Design.
Performance Marketing & Demand Generation
- Design and execute result-driven marketing plans, focusing on lead generation, conversion rate optimization, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI).
- Develop and manage a structured marketing funnel, covering all phases from brand awareness to customer retention.
- Ensure efficient budget allocation across online and offline channels while continuously monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
Brand Development & Market Positioning
- Establish the company as a leading provider of Premium Corporate Gifting & Custom Printing Solutions.
- Oversee the creation and execution of brand messaging, creative campaigns, and marketing materials to enhance brand visibility and differentiation.
Multi-Channel Marketing Management
- Supervise a comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategy, ensuring a seamless customer experience across various touchpoints:
- Digital Channels: Website, Paid Advertising, SEO, Email Marketing, LINE CRM.
- Offline Channels: Trade shows, corporate events, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and implement personalized communication strategies to engage corporate clients and key stakeholders effectively.
Market Research & Innovation
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer behavior studies to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Work alongside the product development team to introduce new products and service models that align with industry demands and customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in Performance Marketing or Lead Generation, with a track record of measurable results.
- Experience in B2B, Printing, Gifting, or Customizable Products is highly desirable.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to formulate and implement commercial marketing strategies.
- Proven leadership experience, managing teams of 4-10 or more employees.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LINE OA/CRM, GA4, HubSpot, and Pipedrive.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to engage international clients effectively.
