Our client is a French national automotive supplier which has 4 business groups: Interior Systems, Clean Mobility, Electronics, and Seating.

Business Development Executive

  • Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies while managing both internal and external communication initiatives.
  • Emphasizes local engagement and collaboration with various departments to enhance brand visibility and support business objectives.
  • Implement and promote the corporate brand strategy within the local context, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Develop and manage internal communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged, including newsletters, intranet updates, and internal events.
  • Create and execute strategies to enhance employee branding externally, showcasing company culture and values through various platforms.
  • Organize internal events such as team-building activities, workshops, and presentations that foster collaboration and communication among employees.
  • Work with other departments to create and update presentations and communication materials that reflect their initiatives and achievements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and facilitate competitor workshops, maintain competitor databases, and analyze competitor strategies.
  • Support the management team in maintaining databases and organizing activities for major business analysis, including sales tracking by customer and product family.
  • Simulate market positions for products across different geographies and monitor market shares.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for Division and Group levels, supporting the Mid Term Plan process and product planning.
  • Work closely with the Asia Business Group and other teams to align marketing strategies and share market insights.
  • Track marketing initiatives, benchmark trends, and analyze competition on a weekly basis.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIM, Digital Marketing) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
  • Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns and communication strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, social media).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analysis software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on quality and results.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
