Job Description
Our client specializes in the production of high-quality springs, precision metal parts, and sub-assembly components.
Responsibilities:
- Improve manufacturing processes by applying industrial engineering methods to boost productivity and quality, and reduce cycle time.
- Implement Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM) across operations to eliminate waste and promote efficiency.
- Balance production lines to ensure optimal use of labor and equipment while minimizing bottlenecks.
- Lead change management during new system rollouts by engaging teams, providing training, and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on KPIs such as cost savings, efficiency, and quality metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Engineering) to align and execute improvement strategies.
- Monitor performance using data analytics and report progress to leadership with actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- More than 7 years of experience in industrial/process engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM).
- Proficient in line balancing, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in managing organizational change.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
